Buying a mattress online can be daunting, but we take the risk out of it. We believe in sustainability and supporting those in need, therefore, if you are not happy with your mattress after 90 days we will not only offer you a full refund, but we will have it collected and donated to The Salvation Army.
If you are not satisfied with your mattress, please let us know within 120 days of purchase and we will arrange for your mattress to be collected by the Salvation Army.
Your payment will be refunded (excluding original freight component) once we have received confirmation that The Salvation Army have collected your mattress.
To be eligible for a refund:
- Customer is to contact Homeimprovement.co.nz within 120 days of purchase.
- Returns cannot happen until 14 days after receiving the mattress. Your body can take a while to adapt to a new mattress so we kindly ask that you give this mattress a fair go before deciding that you want to return it
- We will not accept any dirty, damaged or stained mattresses for a refund
- Proof of purchase is required before we will ask The Salvation Army to collect the mattress
Please ensure you have received the correct size mattress as we cannot accept returns on any mattresses that have been opened and un-boxed.
Any customers that live outside the metro areas and are classed as ‘rural’ will need to return their mattress to their local Salvation Army family store at the customers expense before we can process a refund. Homeimprovement.co.nz will send you the relevant documentation to take with you when you return the mattress to The Salvation Army.
