Here at Homeimprovement.co.nz we have a unique business model. Our buyers search high and low for amazing high quality products at great prices. We have significant buying power and access to exclusive product ranges. This allows us to cut out the middle man and cut out some significant costs! We also don’t have any physical brick and mortar stores, just a website. This results in even more costs being cut which means we can then pass these costs savings straight on to you, the customer. This enables us to be able to stock similar quality products to all your big brand physical stores, but sell the products at a fraction of the price.


How does homeimprovement.co.nz work?
Here at Homeimprovement.co.nz we have a unique business set up. All our products are stocked in a warehouse in Auckland, we don’t have any physical brick and mortar stores, just a website. Once you have ordered your product from us online you have two options:


Click and collect:
you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Auckland (Airport Oaks) Monday – Friday in between the hours of 12pm - 3pm. You can collect your order one working day after it has been processed. However, you will need to organise this with us.


Delivered to your door:
We deliver all our products nationwide. Your order will be dispatched within two working days of your successful transaction. Delivery will take 1-3 working days depending on your location. For our full delivery policy please click here.

Can we view the products?
Unfortunately, you are not able to view the products before you purchase. This is because of our unique business model that saves you money. However, we do have a return policy that will take the risk out of buying online! Check out our full policy here


Do you have a returns policy?  
YES! We have a return policy that will take the risk out of buying online! If you aren’t happy with how the product looks or performs you can send it back, no questions asked, within the first seven days. Check out our full policy here 


Can I collect my product that I have ordered?
You sure can. However, you will need to organise this directly with us. You can pick up your order from our warehouse in Auckland (Airport Oaks) Monday – Friday in between the hours of 12pm-3pm. You can collect your order one working day after it has been processed. This gives us time to get the product ready for you and ensure there are no awkward wait times! We look forward to hearing from you to organise the pickup details and to provide the full address.


What if my product is broken or damaged when I receive it? What do I do?
We recommended that you always inspect the packaging before signing for a delivery. If you notice any form of damage, please contact us within 24 hours. We do ask if you can kindly provide details about the damage and take photos for us to inspect the damage. We will then send a replacement and arrange for the damaged item to be collected.


How much does delivery cost?
All delivery costs are calculated on an individual basis. If you are interested on seeing how much this will cost, add the items to your cart and proceed to the check out. You will then be able to select your destination and the website will calculate the price for you. It’s that easy!

What is the 90-day night Guarantee on the mattresses?
We like to take the risk out of buying online. Buying a mattress online can be daunting, but we take the risk out of it. We believe in sustainability and supporting those in need, therefore, if you are not happy with your mattress after 90 days we will not only offer you a full refund, but we will have it collected and donated to the New Zealand Salvation Army.
